KDS 3.0.0 is old. If you want to use KDS, I suggest you use KDS3.2 instead

If you want to use KDS3.0 anyway, you can get update either online of offine:
On line:
Exported Repository - http://freescale.com/lgfiles/updates/Eclipse/KDS
I tested it works on my side. If not on your side, please check your network.
Or off line:
see attached video.
If you can't access on line update, you can get update with offline mode.
