You need to install eclipse-update that comes with KSDK 1.3 mainline package, You can find it in the link: Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|NXP After you installed please follow the instruction of the chapter 5.2 of the getting started with Kinetis SDK (KSDK) v1.3 document located in the path {KSDK_1.3.0_installed_path}\doc\
Alternative, you can download the SDK2.0 package packet in Welcome to MCUXpresso | MCUXpresso Config Tools and create a new project with the updated SDK 2.0 wizard.
