How to add linked files in KDS V1.1

IN CW 10.5 just under the import/exprort items in the context menus of the project or source directory, there is an "add files" which is where I can simply add files to the project and link files that I want noticed from elsewhere.

In KDS V1.1 There is no such option only import file file system and that doesn't let you link the file (i.e. just include it in the project without messing with it).

I see linked files in projects typically in the directory "Static_Code" so I know Elclipse hasn't forgotten how to do it, but I can't for the life of me find the majical incantation to just have it do it.

Any hints?
