Changing Vrefh of ADC in KL03

Hi,

I am working on Kinetis KL03 with KDS 3.0.0. when I am connecting current senser ACS 712 with ADC (12bit resolution), ADC is taking 3v as Vrefh.

I want to know that is it possible to give externally 5v as a vrefh to ADC of KL03 ?

Max is VDDA which is same as max VDD of 3.6VDC.

Use voltage divider to reduce 5V to VDD.
