This beeping is from the ESCs when they have not received an input for a while. This is part of a failsafe and protection from leaving a drone powered on in the field. When working at the desktop you can just unplug the power connector between the PDB (Power distribution board) and the Power module. So no power to the ESCs. Keep the power connection from Battery ->powermodule->FMU.
