I'm having issues with my motors, one is idling much higher than the others and also when I apply some more thrust, that's the only one has enough thrust to move the drone, any ideas?

There's a mavlink console command that will put exactly the same pwm pulse width to all of your ESCs. They should match rpms fairly closely. Please perform the PX4 motor calibration sequence here ""ESC PWM Minimum and Maximum: Calibration" https://docs.qgroundcontrol.com/en/SetupView/Power.html.
