I have one defective ESC with broken solder joint in the wire connector and 3 defective motors( either not run at all or could not develop full power when the propeller is on). I submitted a warranty request (case number 00314057) more than a week ago but have not received any response. What can I do at this point?
These parts have been replaced under warranty.
