Today when I was testing the autolanding and auto takeoff one of the propeller loosened up and evetually fell off and result in drone flipping and crashing.
If using normal self-tightening propellers this should not happen. If using properllers with nuts, it is possible that a motor is spinning the incorrect direction such that it unthreads the nut.
