Hi,

Is there some recent application note featuring a complete HTML control page built on Chromium engine with Javascript/JSON-RPC, applicable to FreeMASTER 3.x?

In the past I saw nice ones for FreeMASTER 2.x (based on the legacy internet explorer engine) for many motor control related application notes (enabling complex user interactions such as tuning of controller parameters and motor identification).

The example available with FreeMASTER 3.x installation is very basic. It would be great to have a richer one to develop from.

Regards,

Luca Barbiero

Dear Luca,

it is true that an adoption of new JSON-RPC communication is not so wide and there are not too many real-world examples of FreeMASTER pages with this interface.

One nice example might be a GUI of IoT Sensing SDK (ISSDK) available for several boards and kits. See more details in UM11555.pdf. The demo is part of the FRDM-K64F-AGM01 and other boards/kits used to evaluate the ISSDK, they all refer to common FreeMASTER-based Sensor Tool.

There is also going to be a new version of Motor Control Application Toolbox released later this year which will use the JSON-RPC interface.

Regards,
Michal
