In Freemaster2.5, open Motor Control Application Tuning Tool. I no longer see the parameter identification TAB.But I saw the interface in the Application notes as shown in Figure 1.There's a parameter identification TAB in this interface, Could you tell me what this is all about?

The SDK example already contains all required resources, including FreeMASTER (.pmp) project file.

  • Release note are in SDK install folder\docs\MC\Release_notes.pdf
  • Application User's guide is in SDK install folder\docs\MC\BLDCDEMOUG.pdf

Hi xgy_upc@163.com‌,

There are some known issues with MCAT tool in the older version of MCUXpresso SDK. What version are you using ? The latest one is (v2.8). It is also recommended to use the latest version of the FreeMASTER tool (v3.0).

Could you please upgrade to the latest version of both tools, and let us know if you are facing the same issue.

Regards,

Iulian

Dear Iulian

I'm using FreeMASTER 3.0, and I'm opening bldc_ref_sol.pmp in MCRSP_BLDC_V1.3.0,The same problem still arises

I think the problem is the MCRSP_BLDC_V1.3.0 package. It may contain outdated project. Latest versions are now distributed with MCUXpresso SDK. Here are the steps to obtain the latest package:

  •  Navigate to MCUXpresso home page Welcome | MCUXpresso SDK Builder  and open SDK builder
    Capture3.PNG
  • On the first page of the builder, customize your package
    Capture.PNG
    1. Select explore option
    2. Specify your toolchain
    3. Select your middleware (application)
    4. Select your target board
  • Once the target is selected, confirm your package content and build the SDK
    Capture2.PNG
    1. Select SDK version
    2. Check FreeMASTER component
    3. Check Motor Control component
    4. Build the SDK

Once the SDK is build you will see the option to download it. It includes both the embedded code & FreeMASTER project.

If you are using MCUXpresso IDE:

I downloaded the latest version of MCUXpresso SDK, so how can I use the application routines in MCRSP_BLDC_V1.3.0.In the meantime, do I still have the same.pmp file?
