When using the connection wizard then selecting connect through a debugger probe/on board debugger interface and selecting winIDEA debugger environment from iSYSTEMS then using direct access to target microcontroller memory and then did the following.

this looks like an issue of FreeMASTER installation. With FreeMASTER NOT running, please open your file explorer in "c:\NXP\FreeMASTER 3.2\FreeMASTER" and run the register.bat using the context menu "as administrator".
