After double clicking the Freemaster installer 3.1.2.4, this dialog box will appear. And click 'Choose' to change another extract path, the dialog will still appear.
But the 3.1.1.6 version can install successfully.
Hi @qi_chen,
There may be multiple reasons for this issue. Here are the most common ones + possible solution:
If none of the above worked try opening the installer with a file archiver and extract its content on your local disk. There should be 2 folders: "Installer Data" and "Windows". Open a terminal window inside the "Windows" folder and launch the installer by running the following command:
"FreeMASTER 3.1.exe" LAX_VM resource\jre\bin\java.exe
Hope this helps,
Iulian
The installer may be damaged during the downloading process, I re-downloaded it and the installed successfully, Thanks!
