T1042 SDHC "No Partition table -mmc 0"

Hello,

I am way new.  Can someone tell me what I did wrong.  With T1042, trying to boot from SD Card, but it's not seeing the contents.  I did do two partitions, FAT and EXT2.  Attached is full message I get from boot up, followed by the printenv.
