What is the  write endurance for the MC56F847XX Program Flash? Is it 10K cycles? Is there any register that could read on the no. of write cycles. Thanks.

The reliability specs of flash in data sheet is provided by test team, as AE engineers, we do not have the test code to test the max of reading and writting.

The minimum cycles of erasing and programming for MC56F847xx flash is 10K, the maximum is 50K.
