Hi everyone, I’m working on an industrial sensor project using NXP i.MX RT MCUs where the edge devices handle basic anomaly detection, but I also need a reliable way to sync data with the cloud for deeper analytics.
The main challenge is building a #hybrid cloud setup that lets the nodes run offline during connectivity issues and then sync securely once the connection is back. I’m looking for suggestions on the best NXP connectivity modules for secure MQTT/HTTPS, approaches to avoid data loss during intermittent sync, and any tips on managing firmware over-the-air (@FOTA) updates at scale.
If anyone has experience with similar architectures or reference designs, I’d really appreciate your advice.
