MTBF/FIT Data required

Hello NXP's support members,

I am a reliability engineer doing an anlysis and I found 2 of your buffers in my board. The devices Part Numbers are 74LVC1G157GW and 74HC2G14GW. If could give the MTBF or FIT rate I would really appreciate it.

Hi,

As you know that the 4LVC1G157GW and 74HC2G14GW are standard devices, the business has been sold out to other company, we no longer support the standard devices.
