Is the IC(PCA85133U/2DA/Q1Z)should keep in invacuo? How is best way for keeping?

I do not think that the IC (PCA85133U/2DA/Q1Z) should be kept in invacuo, but the invacuo bag can protect the IC from electrostatic.

Just make the other IC put in invacuo bag again is OK?

Can we often open the invacuo bag ?

I think it is okay to pick up some ICs from bag, remain the other ICs in the bag or put out all the ICs out of the bag.
