I need a Schmitt trigger on a XBARB input that is routed from a "Package Pin" and to the AOI module.

I cannot tell by the pin diagram in MC56F827XXRM if the Pin Inputs have a Schmitt trigger on them before the signal goes to the XBARB inputs or not?

Does the XBARB get signals from RAWDATA or from the On-Chip Peripheral signals (that might have the Schmitt trig)?

This is probably a question for a chip internals guru.

Thanks for any insights,

Pete

Hi,

External pin connects to I/o pad, I/o pad connects to gpio and xbar and other peripherals.  Schmitt is in I/o pad. So all digital inputs have the same behavior.

Hope it can help you
