AN1914 References - Can't find Motor Control.pdf Listed in Section 12.1 References

AN1914 for the DSP56805 contains a reference to a document called "Motor Control.pdf" in Section 12.1 "Software Development Kit, SDK Rev.2.2". The link no longer seems valid and we can't find the document. Could NXP possibly locate and send a copy of the document?
