float the phy pins on MCF5223x if unused?

I have a board with several MCF52233 chips, only one of which will be using the ethernet port.

Should the PHY_RXN, RXP, TXN, and TXP pins be left floating on the ones where the ethernet is not used?  Or tied to ground? Or tied to VCC with resistors? Or.....?

I think placing 50 Ohm pullups to Vdd on all 4 of them is on the safe side.
