NXP doesn't list any "SM908E626" parts at all. It only has "MM908E626" and it only has "MM908E626A" and not "C", "D" or "E". Google can only find "SM908E626" on Chinese Language web pages. So what are they? Clones?

It also (eventually) found these ones where B, C, D and E ones are listed, but they can't decide on what packages they're in or how many pins they have. Maybe that letter defines package type. Maybe someone was buying raw die and putting them in different packages. Maybe they're pre-programmed for specific functions?
