Newbie: Is it possible to add extra memmory to mcf5225x

I want use mcf52259 to register some values for a long time.

I am thinking that I need 32Mbytes.

I can see that this uC have 32 bits bus direction control, but its pins for out memory are 20 pins. Are there any posible to extend and increase this capacity?

And, when I use USB support in the future, Can it resolve my problem?

Hi

The MiniFlexBus - see also http://www.utasker.com/forum/index.php?topic=504.0 - can address two 8 or 16 bit memory areas of up to 1M address space each. It can however do this at up to 80MHz.

If you are storing data it is also possible to connect SPI based FLASH to the QSPI, which allows simply memory extension (without the need for the wide, high-speed bus) up to 32MByte and beyond (4 x AT45DB642 for example).

So, I have a question:  Are there libraries MQX for connect 64Mb modules memory to SPI?

I can read that the MQX RTOS BSPs includes QSPI I/O driver, but I need  to know if Is it prepare to handle 64Mb?
