Need the terminology descriptions for the MPN: MC68LC302CAF20CT

Hi,

EOL notification is issued for the processors of series MC68LC302, we're using MPN: MC68LC302CAF20CT in our regular production.

To meet the production requirements, I have seen the stock of MPN's  MC68LC302AF16CT, MC68LC302AF16VCT, MC68LC302AF25CT, MC68LC302CAF16CT, MC68LC302CAF20CT.

It'll be helpful, if I get the detailed info about the terms or differences of the mentioned MPN's

Please check below picture about 68K product naming rule:

"AF" is packaging: LQFP100

The last two chars "CT" is die version.
