MCF5213 on chip oscillator frequency tolerance

Can someone point me to the tolerance for the on-chip oscillator?

A cached copy of the datasheet on the web (the freescale site says file not found) seems to indicate this on p.34:

On-chip oscillator frequency foco  min 7.84  max 8.16  MHz

Is that what you are looking for?  +/-20,000ppm.
