Lot's of warings when porting from S08 to Coldfire V1 on QE family

Hello community...

When "hand-porting" a S08 QE project to a Coldfire V1 QE project I get over 100 warnings

1) I get a lot of "implicit aritmetic conversions" that go away with casts

2) but the "overlapping absolute sections" are the bulk of the warnings and don't have the slightest clue on how to get rid of them.

3) I also get "possibly unassigned ISR handler" and don't know why.

Help and hints will be welcomed.

Managed to get rid of all compiler wanings except

Porting Tip: Possibly unassigned ISR handler

How can I get rid of it?
