As one of the IC from NXP gone absolute the part No is
MCF5272CVM66 and now we are looking for alternative. Please provide the best solution and also the EOL of the alternative part should not be less than 10 years.

You should check the other MCF527x parts. But they are all well beyond their "Guaranteed Lifetime" (and the top level web page says "EOL" for all of them). They date from before 2007 and were only really guaranteed for 10 years - some for 15. The MCF5274 is a possibility, but it has a different DRAM controller (DDR2 instead of SDR). You're going to have to change the software and spin a new board. And it might go EOL next year anyway.
There is no modern direct equivalent to the Coldfire chips. There hasn't been a new one since 2010, and the MCF527x line doesn't appear in the current or archived longevity tables:
