Does anybody have any idea how can I get pool of MAC addresses to sell 5223x chip based board as product to offer some real companies just like router/hub, appreciated for help.

The Microchip 24AA02E48 is a device that can be used for this purpose. It's a I2C EEPROM device that also contains a unique 48 bit node address.
