why Trace is Disabled in codewarrior 10.1.2 for PA?

hi,

i am using Codewarrior 10.1.2 for PA, P2041RDB-PB board.

Trace option in Debug Configurations is disabled. I have attached a screen shot of it.

why it is disabled, how to enable it & how to trace a packet?

please explain in detail.

According to Tracing and Analysis Users_Guide.pdf available in the <CodeWarrior-Install-Dir>\PA\Help\PDF folder, it says "This manual describes how the CodeWarrior for Power Architecture® V10.0.x Tracing

and Performance Analysis tools can be used for the P4080, P4040, and P5020 devices" .
