can't erase flash of k60n512 in cw v10.1

When I was tring to brun a sample project to k60n512 in cw v10.1,I clicked erase and programme.But the progress bar just advanced a little,and I clicked the detail message,it showed'connecting to processor expert service'.

How could I solve this problem.

any reason why not using MCU v10.2?

Is there anything written to the Console view?

Is your project/workspace using Processor Expert? It could be that somehow it is stuck loading that part.

10.1 is using an external process (I think the name was PEServ.exe or something like this):

If that service/process is stuck: it helps if you open the Windows Task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and terminate that process.

Problem already sloved.When I installed my cw v10.1,I forgot to click the Processor Expert Service.

And after corrected it,the problem disappeared.
