What tools are available for QoriQ PA?

I am doing a development with QoriQ T-series PowerPC processors. What tools are available?

Code Warrior doesn't appear to be available anymore. CW4NET does not contain PowerPC support.

QCVS seems to be ARM Layerscape only. Is there an equivalent for PowerPC? How to configure PBL/RCW, DDR, etc.

I have sent QCVS 4.5 for PA offline installation file to you, please pay attention to you mail box to download it.

After downloading QCVS for PA 4.5, please open CodeWarrior for PA 10.5.1 IDE, then install QCVS package from "Help->Install New Software->Add->Archive"

Then reopen CodeWarrior IDE, create a QCVS PBL project from "File->New->QorIQ Configuration Project", please enter "Project name" and select the processor to be used, click Next. Then in "Toolset selection" panel, please select "PBL - Preboot Loader RCW configuration"

I attached QCVS DDR user guide.
