Hello, all.

But Update Version 6.2 is very large for downloading and chip on my board is MCF5485, therefore i don't want to download this big update.
Can anybody send me file PEMicroProtocol.dll from CodeWarrior Version 6.2 into my email?
I'm not sure, but I hope - this file solved my problem.

Sorry for my bad English. Thanks.
- Alexey.

No. This is not my case.

I have three projects with the different size. I compiled two of them anew in the new version of the CodeWarrior. But during loading a code the window "Could not set PC Entry Point" is sometimes shown and process comes to the end.

Now I try to load "

Phytec dBug environment" into Flash memory which allows to load a code through Ethernet. But this is unsuccessfully with my astable connection.

In addition. My EVB: phyCORE-MCF548x.

Thanks for your help.

I have downloaded CodeWarrior Version 6.2 . However now I have other problem. Connection with the device "USB ColdFire Multilink Rev C" is astable, the window "Couldn not set Entry Point" is frequently shown,

therefore it is difficult to work with the evaluation module.

Please, help me.

- Alexey

Other people have experienced problems when they don't update the CodeWarrior *project* after installing an update. Try cleaning out and rebuilding your project to see if this is the case. Choose Project | Remove Object Code..., followed by Project | Make to recompile/link the all of the source files.

Well, I would not recommend to replace just this particular protocol plugin dll.
6.2 is a new version and the fix the other thread is talking about may be very well (actually I'm almost sure) in another place...
Also PEMicroProtocol.dll may or may not be compatible. To summarize, I think you should really download the whole thing, sorry.
