Which is the best version of codewarrior to develop a bare application on QorIq T1040 processors ?

CodeWarrior 11.4 supports ARMv8.

Use CodeWarrior 10.5 for PowerPC.

Last week we were in contact with the NXP support to buy a CW license for T1040 and they advice us to use the 11.4 release. I try to look into the release note of 11.4 release but I haven't found any information about the changes between the 2 version. Anyone has information about it ?
