Rcw error encountered

I am trying to load rcw in my lx2160a based custom board. It is working in hard coded mode.

I have successfully wrote the rcw in flash and sd card, but when  i am setting DIP switch to SD card or flexSpi mode.  it is showing rcw error encounterd. i have attached the screenshot of the error.
please help me to solve this problem.

Please follow the hints, ignore the assertion of the RESET_REQ_B, disconnect the RESET_REQ_B and PORESET_B.

Please read out the RCWSR1 to RCWSR32, to see if the RCW loading correctly.

Please test the RESET_REQ_B, follow the LX2160A Reference Manual , page 138, 4.9.6 Power-On Reset Sequence Timing

If the RESET_REQ_B assert, try to read the  4.3.1.3 Reset Request Status Register (RSTRQSR1)

and page 133, 4.9.3 Sources of Reset Requests

They could get the reasons that the RESET_REQ_B signal may be asserted.

There are many different registers related to reset error in 4.3 Reset register descriptions, customer could check them to help debugging the issue.

And also, if this is caused by the PBI, customer could delete all PBI command, and then add command one by one to check which command cause the error.

If the error just related to the RCW, please check the RCW is set correctly. You could check your customer board waveform compared with the  LX2160A Reference Manual , page 138, 4.9.6 Power-On Reset Sequence Timing, follow the Table 11. Power-On Reset Sequence
