Problem with the license of CodeWarrior MPC55xx edition

I installed CodeWarrior Development Studio for Freescale MPC55xx Edition Ver 1.5.

I got the registry and authorisation code, I activated the product and my license would be right.

But when I try to debug the demo-project there's two errors:

Unable to use plugin "EPPC- Debugger". It's licensed and a valid license key was not found.

Error occurred while trying to clear breakpoint.
