Hello.

We have been using a temporary licence to flash a PowerQUICC MPC 8308 device, using CW5.9.0, build 2529 and Freescale TAP 90076173 Rev E 14211094.  Now that we are in production, I want to purchase a permanent licence, but I cannot find out which to buy.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Duncan

Hello Duncan,

Please refer to the license information from CodeWarrior Development Suites|Freescale, click "PowerQUICC(Classic IDE)" for detailed formation of all kinds of licenses.

If you only want the function of flash programmer, you could choose "Basic", "Standard" or  "Professional" license.

Have a great day,
Yiping

5.9.0 is a version of CodeWarrior IDE, with device you are using (MPC8308) this means you are using CodeWarrior 8.8 with "Classic IDE":

CodeWarrior Development Studio for PowerQUICC|Freescale

If you press "Installed Plugins" button in this version window, you will see something like "CodeWariror Development Studio for Power Architecture v8.8.6" and versions of all products and plugins.
