Downloading .s19 file on to the Flash

Hello,

I have a .s19 file generated by a Simulink model. I want to download it on to the internal Flash of the MPC555 SBC(PhyCORE) using Codewarrior . Can anyone please tell me how I can do it? Thanks.

Hi Ven,

the current version of CodeWarrior for MPC5xx is v8.7

You can use any flash burner in order to flash your board. From CodeWarrior, go to Tools/Flash programmer, Press the load settings and pick the phyCORE-MPC555_internal_flash.xml file.

In the left pane, switch to the next topic and check the flash configuration is correct.
Then, erase the current flash content.
Then, flash your .s19

FYI: if it does not go well on your own application, please check with a dummy project from the MPC555phy-CORE stationery wizard. Have a look to the project documentation. Just to confirm CW set up with a know working example.
