Hi there,

this version is not supported any longer, the current version v2.1 is available for download here:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?nodeId=01272600612247

PLS: be aware this v2.1 does NOT include any debugger, you have to get one from one of our patner.
