If I'm right you refer to the http://cache.nxp.com/files/microcontrollers/doc/ref_manual/DRM132.pdf .
I've found a zip file associated to this doc which is:
http://cache.nxp.com/files/soft_dev_tools/software_tools/reference_design_simulations/DRM132_SW.zip
The zip file includes a folder test_FHRM which is referenced on the pdf file page 30 and linked to CW_FetalMonitor_RevX.
It seems to be the right example.
