Sorry the CW6.3 doesn't support kinetis series chips , so we can not develop MK10DX256 microcontroller
on it .
You can use CWv10.6 or KDS , the KDS IDE is free.
If you want use CW10.6, please refer to this thread to download and install :

If you want to use KDS v3.2 ,please refer to this thread to download and install :
New Kinetis Design Studio v3.2.0 available
