The wireless charging is finished, but the wireless charger sometimes keep the wireless power transfer about 4 ~ 30 seconds. I don't know reason. I attached a log file. I attached two files. one is a wrong case. the other is a good case. It behaves abnormally in the some products produced in the same mass-production line.

Original Attachment has been moved to: wrong_case.log.zip

Hi Donghyun Kim,

I'm afraid that for further sup0ort you would need to contact your local FAE. We have a dedicated wireless charging FAE in Korea.

To answer your issues:

Issue1:

0x81(extended ID packet) is received in power transfer state. So charging is reset.

Issue2:

1) TX keep charging about 8s after RX removal. In our library, TX doesn’t receive control error packet within 1.5s or control error packet header within 6s, TX will exit power transfer. So customer board received the CEP header after RX removal.

2) “ERR 1: Timeout on Start” means TX received the start bit of signal strength packet, but didn’t correctly receive signal strength packet within 20ms.

For issue 1, need to check if RX really send 0x81 packet during power transfer.

For issue 2, there is noise on customer board. I suggest to use FreeMASTER noise analysis tool to check your board first.

Have a great day,
Jose
