if it is the same with mine , it is right .
Then when debug , check here :

If the two place is different form mine , please show yours , and tell me your PC version , win7 or XP , or else ?

Hi ,
From the screenshot of your Device Manger screen , it show the driver have been installed correctly.
While From your screenshot , it have not connected the board :
So update the bootloader , do refer to this steps :
then copy and paste the "MSD-DEBUG-FRDM-KE06Z_Pemicro_v114.SDA" to the bootloader drive .
Then unplug the USB cable and plug it in again. Then test .

Thanks, I've done this before and redo it again.
Still , the same problem occurs.
I choose the debugger console mode,(Among debugger console / No IO / UART)
I guess it's the appropriate options for me, right?

I am a newbie for freescale MCU. So I am not sure I did the right thing to build your project.
I just drag and .project file to codewarrior .
And press Build All / Then Deubg
still the same problem :smileysad: No idea why?
And one thing to ask , I found that the project I build has the word "FLASH" near the project name, is that normal?
I guess my problem is related to Driver, But I have uninstall and reinstall . Still the same

And if you still have not solved, i think maybe your board have some problem , please contact the distribubor,
And you can also test on other PC , check whether it can work well .

Thanks , I solved my problem by install another system.
My original one is WinXP, it didn't work fine.
But I install a WIN7 system , then it works.
But I think the problem is not about OS. Because found my original DVD disk was gone at XP system.
So I guessed the development board got the same disk name to the original DVD disk
I guessed there are a conflicition between board and DVD disk
