For MPC55xx architectures, Processor Expert is available as a stand-alone application only.

Processor Expert does not support MPC56/57xx family, we have another tool called RAppID:

Processor Expert for MPC55xx is free,  and does not need another license.

RAppID is not free, user can ask for a trial license by contacting rappid@freescale.com
