Upgrading from CodeWarrior HC08 3.1 to HC08 5.0

I currently have the std licence for CodeWarrior HC08 3.1, can I use it
with version 5.0?

Hello

 Standard Edition license for CodeWarrior HC08 V3.1 will not work for V5.0.
 Please contact your Freescale distributor for information on upgrade condition.
