Two instances of UI popup windows

I'm having a strange problem with CW, it happens in both 10.5 and 10.6.  When I click on something in the interface, even simple things like Help -> About, I get two instances of the popup window.  This isn't a problem for many things, though obviously a pain, but for some things it causes problems ... click to add a component in the chip diagram in PE and it will add two components.

Anyway, probably something simple but I have searched quite a bit and have not found an answer.

Found it.  I found this was happening in the stand-alone PEx as well, so an Eclipse problem.  Went to the Eclipse forum and found the answer.  I disabled the nVidia nView desktop manger on my laptop and the problem went away. Have no idea why.
