Sudden Error Shown: "An internal error occurred during: "Debug Database Initialization"."

I've been using CodeWarrior 10 for several years however recently I received an error which prevents me to perform Flash Program or debugging.

The error is showing at the start of the IDE even there's no project opened.

I've tried uninstalling and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistriutable packages but it seems not related to the problem.

I've attached the diagnostics for more information.

I followed the instruction to delete the .metadata folder and it fixed my issue.
