We are using a codewarrior V6.0 compiler for S08SG32 Target, And able to generate the *.SX, but we need *.S19 for flashing the target. Could you please share the tools to convert the *.SX to *.S19.

*.SX and *.S19 are the same. Just renaming *.SX to *.S19 is OK.
