MC9S12XEP100 data jumping when the software is running

I run the software on the platform MC9S12XEP100MAL. But when I monitor the data with INCA(a tool),I can see that the data is jumping with no regularity,for example , the data now is 500,it can change to 5000 in very short fulture time.But the software is running without reset,because the counter that I set in the while(1) is counting all the time.The application software is generated by Simulink.

I don't know INCA, but I assume it reads the data over a serial line or similar. In that case your problem is that INCA tool which is not able to meet the realtime requirements to read the data a true periodic intervals. I suggest you contact the vendor of that tool.
