Hello!
I'm tring to install Codewarrior 6.0 for MCU I downloaded from the website.
The installer works good until it reaches 0% remaining files, then a Codewarrior IDE appears for a fraction of second and disappears, then the machine hangs-up, just mouse cursor is moving, but application are not more responsive. I'm forced to reset the machine, and after the reboot if I try to start CW it tells me that it isn't installed correctly.
What should I do?
I tried several times with no luck...

Hello

Which Windows OS are you running on your host?
I would also recommend to remove all Multilink, InDart and other debugging cable from the Host PC before you start installation.

If this does not work, you will need a support engineer to look at that.
Please submit a service request for that.

Make sure to specify your Host OS in the SR.

Hi.
Search this forum for your operating system, and see if you turn up any answers.
I've lost track of which versions of windows CW does and does not support.

Might also scan here for threads on installation failures.

Regards,
Curt
