How to trim SH8 mcu for 20 MHz bus within PE (CW 10.6)

When using PnE programmer I can select algorithm which will trim the MCU for 20MHz bus from internal clock. How can this be done when using CW 10.6 debugger/programmer?

The document mentions the S08P family, but it is the same procedure for the S08SH.
