How to generate S19 file at flash page_F0 address

Hi,

I am trying to generate S record (s19) file starts from global address 0x7C0000 (Flash Page_F0) on MC9S12XS256 based target. I am using CodeWarrior 4.7 IDE and PE Micro’s BDM interface to download my flash code.

 

Please provide the information on ‘what changes I need to do in my linker and other files for generating S19 file starts at 0x7C0000 address.

Hello

According to my understanding you are looking for a way to generate a S record file for your whole application, containing ^global addresses instead of logical ones.

Am I right?

If that is what you are looking for the .glo file generated automatically if you have created your project using the project wizard is what you need.

This is a S record file where all records are specified using global addresses.
